First Year - The Parish Mission Statement is reviewed by the Parish Council and modified, if needed, to reflect the ever-changing requirements of our parish community. The Parish Survey is one of the sources used for evaluation. The Council attempts to consider all aspects of our parishioners' needs.

Second Year - The Council meets with all Parish & School heads of staff. We mutually discuss how each staff 's function addresses the community's needs based on the Parish Mission Statement.

Third Year - The Council meets with the chairpersons of all organizations. Again, we mutually discuss how each chairperson's organization addresses the community's needs based on the Parish Mission Statement.

Fourth Year - The fourth year becomes the beginning of the next Three Year Cycle.
