We have 16 volunteers who on each Friday represent St. Robert’s in our S.S.F. St. Vincent de Paul kitchen on Grand Ave. We would like to thank them for their many hours of helping the "homeless" in preparing sandwiches, etc. Many have been doing this for 5 years. PARISH COUNCIL AND SCHOOL BOARD NOMINATIONS |
The Parish Council and the School Board will be holding nominations/elections to serve in these respective bodies for the upcoming 1999-2000 term. Anyone interested in serving in either the Council or the Board are requested to fill out a candidate form (available in the back of the Church), and submit to the rectory or to the school office. Elections will be held on the weekends of May 15/16 and May 22/23, 1999. |

Drop it either in the collection basket, in the mail, or at the Parish office. We will mail a New Parishioner Packet with information about the Parish, its organizations and groups. |
MEN'S CLUB |
The Men’s Club will hold its dinner/meeting on Monday, May 2nd. All men of the parish are invited to our monthly dinner meetings. The Men’s Club is a great place to meet new people and to get involved with our parish. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will be served at approximately 7:30 p.m. We really need to know if you are coming to the dinner so please make your reservations by April 29th. This will allow enough time for John to shop for the dinner. Prices will be $10 for reservations made by April 29th. After April 29th the price will be $13. So please call Dan Uroz for your early reservation. |
